This domain name is what users type into their web site browser to find your website on the internet. If you don't have a web site host or a domain name then you simply you can't have a website. You could get a free website somewhere - it is possible - but I would never recommend you doing that if you want to be taken seriously online.

You could shop around and find a reputable web host that will offer you a free domain name as a part of their plan but if you're new to the web it could take you some time and it could be a very arduous process. Cheaper is not always better. Let me repeat that: cheaper is not always better. Research a few web hosts, compare plans, ask questions and see what kinds of responses you get.
